T-shirt (Gateways To Regret)

We will accept any unwashed/unworn/undamaged merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of shipment for domestic orders and within 60 days of shipment for orders outside of Sweden. An item is considered damaged if pet hair, smoke, personal fragrance products, or other household odors are detectable.

Scoldsbridleband.com will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables including CDs or Vinyls etc once opened. All returns, credits, and exchanges are evaluated and provided at the discretion of Scoldsbridleband.com.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. Postage for returns/exchanges is the customer's responsibility coming back to us. We cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable ship method to ensure successful delivery.

For Returns: Initiate your return by sending an e-mail to info@scoldsbridleband.com BEFORE you ship the item you wish to send back. Make sure you include your order number and please include the reason for your return.

For Exchanges: Initiate your exchange by sending an e-mail to info@scoldsbridleband.com BEFORE you ship the item you wish to send back so we are able to confirm that your desired replacement item is in stock and we can reserve it for you. Make sure you include your order number and please include the reason for your exhange.

• A note detailing your REASON for exchange/return

• ORDER NUMBER

• FULL NAME & ADDRESS

We typically process returns and exchanges within 5-10 business days, however processing times may be subject to delays during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any concerns about a return or exchange that you’ve sent us, please send an e-mail to info@scoldsbridleband.com we will address them directly.

The product(s) will normally be shipped from the store within 1-3 working days, however processing times may be subject to delays during the holiday season and/or unexpected situations.

The delivery time after shipment may vary depending on the final destination.

Domestic shipment (within Sweden):

Shipping and handling costs are dependent on weight and vary depending on destination. To calculate your shipping costs, please add the items to your cart and fill in the shipping address information on the checkout page. The applicable shipping costs will be generated before the actual purchase takes place.

International shipment:

For international shipments a flat rate of 65 SEK is used regardless of weight.

Please note that any order above 499 SEK is free of shipment cost.
